Pro is a one-time payment, and you can get your money back. If Pro is not for you, email us within 14 days after the day you bought it and we refund the full amount. No questions asked.
These terms cover buying Image Type Saver Pro. The free version needs no purchase. How the extension handles your data is in the privacy policy.
Who sells Pro
Pro is sold by 1088 Labs LLC, a Wyoming company ("we", "us"). Google and the Chrome Web Store do not sell Pro and do not handle its payment or refunds. Image Type Saver is an independent extension and is not connected to the developers of any other extension.

Pro unlocks these features inside the extension on your own device. It is not an online service, and buying it does not send your images anywhere. Pro is for your own use. Please do not resell it.
Price and payment
- Pro costs the price shown at checkout. You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Checkout shows the total you pay before you pay.
- Checkout is run by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com), and the card payment is processed by Stripe. You enter your email and card on their page, in a new tab. 1088 Labs never sees or stores your card number.
- The charge on your statement comes from 1088 Labs.
- We may change the price for future buyers. A price change never changes a purchase you already made.
Delivery
Pro is delivered inside the extension. There is nothing to download and no key to type. Once your payment goes through, Pro turns on the next time you open the toolbar popup or the settings page. If Pro does not show yet, close and reopen one of them. If Pro is still off after an hour, email us.
Pro keeps working offline, because the extension remembers the last answer from ExtensionPay. If you reinstall the extension or use another Chrome profile, click Unlock Pro in the toolbar popup or the settings page. On the ExtensionPay page that opens, use its login link and enter the email you paid with. ExtensionPay emails you a link that turns Pro back on. Then reopen the popup. If that does not work, email us from the address you paid with and we will help you turn Pro back on.
Refunds
- 14 days, no questions asked. Email info@1088labs.com within 14 days after the day you bought Pro and ask for a refund. You do not have to give a reason.
- Write from the email address you used at checkout, or include it, so we can find your payment.
- We refund the full amount you paid, to the card or payment method you used. We send the refund as soon as we can, and no later than 14 days after your email. Your bank usually shows it 5 to 10 business days after that.
- After 14 days, and up to 90 days after the day you bought Pro, write to us if Pro does not work the way this page described it on the day you bought. If we cannot fix it, we refund you.
- If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this 14-day refund includes your legal right to cancel an online purchase. Starting to use Pro does not end that right. If the law where you live gives you longer to cancel, you get the longer time.
- If the same person buys and refunds Pro again and again, we may decline later refunds, except where the law requires one.
What happens after a refund
A refund ends that Pro purchase, and we may turn Pro off for it. The extension then works as the free version. Images you already saved in your Downloads folder are yours to keep.
Chargebacks
Please email us before you dispute the charge with your bank or card company. A refund from us is quicker. If you open a dispute, we may turn Pro off while it is open, and for good if the money goes back to you. This does not limit any right your bank or card gives you.
What we do not promise
We test Image Type Saver and work to fix problems we hear about, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of bugs, that it can save every image on every site (some sites block other pages from reading their images), or that it will keep working if Chrome or websites change how they work. If the law where you live gives you rights about products you buy that cannot be taken away, those rights still apply.
Limits on what we owe
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data, lost time or lost profit. The most we owe you for anything to do with Pro is what you paid for it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. If the law does not let us limit something, these terms do not try to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Any change is posted on this page with a new effective date and applies to purchases made after that date. Your purchase stays under the terms in effect on the day you bought.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If we disagree about something, please email us first. Most problems are fixed with one reply. Any court case goes to the state or federal courts in Wyoming, unless the consumer law where you live lets you bring it there.
