What is in each row
The free sample shows filing date, business name, city and type. The full paid list adds street, ZIP, registered agent, whether the agent is a filing service, and an address-type flag (suite/unit, mailbox, or street with no unit). Names and addresses are cleaned and deduplicated, and registered-agent mail drops are removed.

Source: State of Iowa, Office of the Secretary of State, "Active Iowa Business Entities," data.iowa.gov, licensed CC BY 4.0. Modified by 1088 Labs LLC: filtered to the Des Moines metro, names and addresses reformatted, registered-agent mail drops removed, columns added. Not endorsed by the State of Iowa. The state data gives an effective date and sometimes no home-office address, so some rows use the registered agent's address.
